Our History

MEDSK Cyprus was established in 1995 as a collaborative initiative among key professional bodies in the construction industry, including the Cyprus Civil Engineers and Architects Association (CCEAA), the Cyprus Architects Association (CAA), the Cyprus Association of Civil Engineers (CYACE), the Association of Quantity Surveyors Cyprus (SEEOKK), and the Cyprus Building Contractors Association (OSEOK). Its mission is to provide standardized construction contracts that ensure clarity, fairness, and efficiency in project agreements. In 2020, MEDSK was officially registered as MEDSK LTD, further strengthening its role in streamlining contractual processes and promoting best practices in Cyprus' construction sector. Today, MEDSK continues to support the industry by offering contracts tailored to various project types, available in both Greek and English, ensuring accessibility and reliability for all stakeholders.

Legacy Contracts

From 1996 to 2021, MEDSK utilized a set of standardized construction contracts that have since been discontinued and replaced with updated versions. These legacy contracts played a crucial role in shaping the construction industry in Cyprus, providing a foundation for fair and transparent project agreements.
